An enjoyable holiday without any handicap: book a beautiful hotel? With a good restaurant? And enjoy the holiday from morning til night? This is little more than a dream for many guests forced to follow a gluten-free diet. But this is not the case at the Hotel Goldener Adler in Ischgl. The use of top quality fresh products and careful in-house preparation form the basis of the Adler cuisine. We have also devised special dishes for our guests with a gluten intolerance which avoid them having to forgo any pleasures. All of our dishes are offered gluten-free, where possible. And this unbridled enjoyment started with breakfast: with a special gluten-free bread menu, home-made jams, delicious cakes and muesli… our coeliac guests never miss out! And in the evening we offer dumplings, pasta, meat and delicious sauces… nothing our gluten-intolerant guests can’t enjoy!

And Mr. Alber – the head chef at the Hotel Adler in Ischgl – has been working at the hotel for the last 20 years and is therefore well acquainted with the ins and outs of a gluten-free diet.
