Across the generations, we have always worked with passion to carefully combine traditional with modern. This is evident throughout the hotel – and especially in our guest rooms. Our farmhouse parlour is most probably unique and represents one of Ischgl’s oldest rooms to have been preserved in its original state with its ‘wedding door’ and wooden ceiling covering. The dining room is welcoming with its traditional panelling and stylish décor in a contemporary Alpine style. There are carefully designed areas to relax and take a break everywhere – in every corner, by the cosy tiled stoves and in the dining area. The in-house museum and hallways present exhibits from long gone eras with modern-day images. Little wonder then that the modern, elegant bar suits the traditional Goldener Adler just as much as the cosy farmhouse parlour.
In addition to the unique and unrivalled ambience, it is a well-known fact that the Goldener Adler in Ischgl also offers sophisticated dishes made from fresh local produce derived from the region’s fields, woods and rivers.
