Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend our guests a travel insurance policy. It can be completed at any travel agency or in the internet. In case of a cancellation, the Austrian hotel and contract terms will become effective. If you leave early, we'll charge you the whole time.
Arrival and departure
Your room will be available on arrival day as of 2 p.m. Please vacate the room by 10 a.m. on departure day.
If you intend to arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us so we won't worry!

For dogs we charge a day supplement of 6.00 without food.
