For three decades, this event has been a special meeting point for guests with celiac disease as well as for anyone who wants to explore gluten-free nutrition in greater depth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop combines hands-on learning, personal exchange and enjoyable culinary moments, making a gluten-free holiday in Tyrol a truly special experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Learn gluten-free baking &amp; get practical tips from a professional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus of the workshop is working together in the kitchen. Together with dietian Andrea Hiller, who is erself affected by celiac disease, participants knead, bake and experiment with different recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step by step, participants learn how gluten-free recipes succeed and which ingredients are particularly suitable for gluten-free baking. From light doughs to practitcal everyday recipes, the expert demonstrates how a varied gluten-free cuisine workds and what to pay attention to during preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This knowledge is especially valuable for people with celiac disease, as many of the tips can easily be implemented at home.
