Our experience pool made of beautiful natural stones, complete with a whirlpool lounger and massage jets, is the perfect place to relax your muscles after an active day in the Paznaun mountains, or simply let your soul unwind in the blue, warm water.
COLDWATER POOL: 17°
After sweating, cool off in our cold water pool. A full-body cooling experience will invigorate your body and mind, while also boosting your circulation.
HOT TUB: 40°
Letting go, being yourself and after your sauna sessions, feel the soothing warmth of the water on your body in our hot tub.
KNEIPP WATER TREADING BASIN
Our kneipp water treading basin is perfect after a sauna session. It promotes blood circulation and has a positive effect on the circulatory system.
INFRARED CABIN
The infrared cabin completes the wellness experience. Pleasant warmth penetrates deep into the muscle tissue and releases even the smallest tension.
FINNISH SAUNA: 90° & HERBAL-BIO SAUNA: 45°
All heat lovers and sauna professionals will find their wellness enjoyment in the Finnish sauna. The herbal bio sauna is perfect for those who want to slowly work up a sweat.

You will find a pleasant warmth and high humidity in our two steam baths. They are an ideal alternative to traditional sauna and will leave you breathing freely again after your visit.

Relax in our lounge with a view of moss-covered landscapes, lounge islands, various relaxation rooms with floating water beds and a view of the flickering fireplace allowing you to experience relaxation at its highest level.
TEA & WATERBAR
In the Swiss pine room which is scented with Swiss Pine, you can replenish yourself at our tea and water bar and browse through herb books in our small library.

Our nature is close to our hearts. We try to avoid waste in all areas and use energy and resources responsibly. You can help us by using your own bathing shoes.
If required, you can also buy our Goldener Adler reusable bathing shoes
at a cost price of € 2.00 in our shop at reception.
