for direct bookings
As a little treat for your wellbeing-vacation, in Tyrol we offer a best price guarantee for direct bookings through our website.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
All our rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am on your departure day.
BREAKSFAST ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY
You are welcome to enjoy our generous breakfast buffet on your arrival day. The price therefore is € 15,– per person. We kindly ask you to make a table reservation in advance.
DEPOSIT
To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of €300,– per person.
CANCELATION OR BOOKING CHANGES
If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking, we only accept in writing.
MEALTIME
breakfast: 07.30 am – 10.00 am
afternoon snack: 03.00 pm – 05.00 pm (only in winter
dinner: 6.00 pm – 08. 00 pm
PETS
We thank you for your understanding, that out of consideration for other guests, we are unable to accommodate your pets.
CHILDREN REDUCTION
up to 1 year in a baby cot: €23,– per day
1-2 years: €40,– per day
3-5 years: €53,– per day
6-12 years: €77– per day
The children’s prices are per day and child, including half-board in the parent’s room. (with a minimum occupancy of 2 adults). At these children’s prices, no tourist tax is yet due.
PARKING
You can park your car for free at the Ischgl Parking Lounge or in the public parking garage. Both parking garages are about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. All of our guests receive a parking card for entering and exiting, which requires a deposit at check-in.
PRICES
All our prices are per person and day, including half board and all inclusive services. For a stay with breakfast only, € 15,– per person and day will be deducted. If a room is occupied by a third person, we grant a 20% discount per day on the respective list price. For single occupancy of a room, the price is reduced by € 15,– per day for the second bed.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It’s not uncommon for things to turn out differently than planned and the booked vacation has to be cancelled or cut short. We would like to spare you the associated costs and frustration. Therefore, we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from the European Travel Insurance (including free Covid Coverage).
SMOKING
Our hotel is a non smoking hotel!
SKIPASS- & SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM SERVICE
You can conveniently purchase your ski pass at the reception desk on site. (mediated through the conditions of the Silvretta Cable Car Company).
In summer, you will receive the Silvretta Card Premium when you check in at the reception desk. (valid on the da of arrival and departure as well).
SKI-RENTAL
You can rent your ski Equipment from Sport Adler. The sport shop is about a 5 minute walk from our hotel. All of our hotel guests receive a 10% discount on rentals.

In case of border or hotel closures or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice

Free WI-FI is available throughout the hotel. You will receive your login details at the reception desk.

You can settle your hotel bill in cash, with a debit card, VISA or MASTER CARD
CELIAC & INTOLERANCES
In our gluten-free 4 star hotel, we have been cooking gluten-free meals for over 45 years. You don’t need to bring any products with you (e.g. cakes, Spätzle, dumplings, bread, etc. are produced in the hotel). Do you have other food intolerances? Our kitchen team will be happy to spoil you with dishes tailored to your needs. You can enjoy your gourmet vacation with us without any restrictions or worries. Please inform us of your food intolerances when booking.
