The cuisine at the tyrolean Boutique Hotel Goldener Adler is a combination of traditional tyrolean dishes and modern lightness with a focus on high quality. We use products from the group “Bewusst Tirol” region.
A generous breakfast buffet featuring regional products, an afternoon “Skier-Snack” (only in winter) and a 4 course dinner with salad and cheese buffet are all included in the half board package for guests enjoying a culinary vacation in Tyrol. Our chef Elmar and his team have been catering our guests for more than 45 years, also with gluten-free meals. Vegetarian guests will also be well taken care of at our hotel.
