For beginners & profis
This year we are once again delighted to welcome Dietitian Andrea Hiller, who is personally affected by celiac disease, to the Celiac & Nutrition Workshop at your Celiac Hotel Goldener Adler in Ischgl. There will be plenty of kneading, baking and exchanging experiences. Andrea is a knowledgeable expert on all things related to celiac disease and will be available on site to answer any questions.

COMMON INFORMATION
The practical courses take place at our mountain hut Klein Zeinis in Galtür. The baked goods and dishes are also prepared lactose-free if needed. At the end of the courses, you will receive a collection of the tested recipes.
The course days are available for all hotel guests, either individually or as part of a packe.
