Paznauner market day

On August 31st, regional products from Paznaun take center stage, with a special focus on the Paznauner Almkäse, the flagship product of the region. This unique alpine cheese is made exclusively from Paznaun milk. ten alpine pastures and three dairy farms make their way from the mountains down to Ischgl to present their exceptional alpine cheese to guests. In addition to dairy products, there will be bread, bacon, honey, schnapps, liqueurs, and many other delicious treats offered at the festival grounds. The culinary offerings are complemented by local exhibitors displaying traditional and modern handicrafts, such as pine pillows and wooden jewelry.
