A summer vacation with us in Ischgl is very diverse. The Paznaun Valley and Ischgl offer many beautiful sports waiting to be discovered on foot or by bike. As part of our varied activity program, we offer guided hikes or bike tours from Monday to Friday. The program is posted daily, is free of charge and tailored to the needs of our guests.

experience, good equipment is essential:
GOOD SHOES
Good footwear is essential for a hike or mountain tour. Hiking shoes are comfortable and ideal for light to moderately uneven terrain. Compared to hiking shoes, hiking boots are more durable and designed for long distances and challenging surfaces.
For a bike or cycling tour, cyling shoes or outdoor training shoes are highly recommended.

RAIN SHIELD
A rain shield is an essential part of hiking gear. Unexpected rain showers are quite common in the mountains.
HEAD GEAR & SUNCREAM
UV radiation is particularly intense in the mountains. A head covering protects you from sunburn and circulation problems. The right sunscreen will protect your skin.
SNACK & DRINKS
A good snack is a must as a reward. You can order a snack sandwich (also gluten-free option) for your mountain excursion every day at breakfast, because our snack sandwiches taste best with a breathaking mountain panorama. During physical activity, the body loses more fluids through sweating, so it’s important to stay hydreated. To ensure your physical performance is high from the start, it’s best to drink an extra glass of Tyrolean mountain water before your activity.
SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM
The Silvretta Card Premium is a ticket for over 1.000 possibilities. The Goldener Adler in Ischgl is a Premium Card Partner, so your stay at our four-star hotel includes the card. You will receive it directly at check-in or in advance through pre-check-in. The Silvretta Premiium Card allows you to use the mountain railways throughout the entire paznaun Valley for free, free arrival and departure via the Silvretta High Alpine Road, free use of public transport in the Paznaun/Montafon region, and up to Landeck. The transport of dogs is allowed with a muzzle. Of course you can also bring strollers on the cable car.
SKYFLY
Adrenaline kicks are guaranteed with the SKYFLY. Attached to a secure steel cable, you’ll zipline 2km through the Ischgl Kitzloch Gorge, reaching spees of up to 85 km/h.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
As a holder of the Silvretta Card Premium you can use public transport from Landeck to Galtür for free. The hiking buses run every hour.
Ischgl Mehrzweckshaus:
The bus stop is located opposite the Tourist Information Office. From there, it takes about five minutes through the pedestrian zone to reach the Goldener Adler.
Silvretta Cable Car:
The bus stop is located opposite the M-Preis grocery store and is also just a 5-minute walk from our Goldener Adler.
