The popular celiac workshop in Ischgl at the Goldener Adler is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. For three decades, this event has been a special meeting point for guests with celiac disease as well as for anyone who wants to explore gluten-free nutrition in greater depth.
The workshop combines hands-on learning, personal exchange and enjoyable culinary moments, making a gluten-free holiday in Tyrol a truly special experience
Learn gluten-free baking & get practical tips from a professional
The focus of the workshop is working together in the kitchen. Together with dietian Andrea Hiller, who is erself affected by celiac disease, participants knead, bake and experiment with different recipes.
Step by step, participants learn how gluten-free recipes succeed and which ingredients are particularly suitable for gluten-free baking. From light doughs to practitcal everyday recipes, the expert demonstrates how a varied gluten-free cuisine workds and what to pay attention to during preparation.
This knowledge is especially valuable for people with celiac disease, as many of the tips can easily be implemented at home. Andrea Hiller’s many years of experience help participants overcome uncertainties and discover new ideas for a creative gluten-free diet.
Sharing Experiences
A special higlight of the celiac & nutrition workshop at the Goldener Adler in Ischgl is the opportunity for personal exhange. Participants can ask individual questions and share experiences with other guests as well as with Ms. Hiller.

COMMON INFORMATION
The practical courses take place at our mountain hut Klein Zeinis in Galtür. The baked goods and dishes are also prepared lactose-free if needed. At the end of the courses, you will receive a collection of the tested recipes.
The course days are available for all hotel guests, either individually or as part of a packe.
